    Include Timestamps

    Note the dates, time zones and platforms involved. It dramatically shortens the analysis window.

    Package Large Sets

    Compress multiple items into one ZIP archive and mention the password separately in your message.

    Emergency Cases

    If money is actively moving or systems are being encrypted, contact the response desk first, then send files.
